Skinny Girl Diet: Day five.
Day five allowance: 450 cal. Intake: Buttery, salty, filthy popcorn: 300-400 cal. Exercise: Not nearly enough to count. Net: 400 cal. Day four allowance: 500 cal. Intake: Fasted until 7pm. Thai Green Vegetarian Curry: 450 cal or so. 2 x Curry Puff: 200 cal. 1 x small spring roll: 65 cal. Exercise: General walking: -45 cal. 2 x 100 cal workouts: -200 cal. Net: 580 cal. Ish. Probably still way over. I tend to isolate myself for this exact reason.
